Title : Oracle Fusion Middleware Engineer Location : San Francisco, CA (Onsite) Duration : 6 Months Visa Status : H1B,-EAD,OPT-EAD Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 7+ Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Middleware / WebLogic Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Service Bus (OSB), WebLogic Application Server, and monitoring/analysis tools like Splunk and ELK. The role involves supporting mission-critical enterprise applications, handling incident management, disaster recovery planning, and middleware development. The candidate will work closely with business users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure system stability, scalability, and performance. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for Oracle Fusion Middleware and WebLogic-based applications.
• Lead critical incident troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with business teams for queries, clarifications, and issue resolution.
• Interact with vendors for escalations, new requirements, and fixes for critical issues.
• Manage WebLogic application deployments (EAR/WAR files, JMS Queues, Data Sources, Bridges).
• Perform corrective maintenance, change management (SEECAB process), and DR activity planning.
• Develop and support Oracle Service Bus (OSB) services and integrations.
• Monitor and analyze system logs using Splunk and ELK (Kibana dashboards).
• Participate in cadence meetings, provide business clarifications, and support service account password resets.
• Deliver priority service requests and work orders aligned with SLA commitments.
