Duties- Engage with potential and existing clients to promote products and services effectively.
- Conduct negotiations to secure favourable terms and close sales deals efficiently.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Manage B2B (business-to-business) sales interactions, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using IT systems.
- Organise appointments, follow-ups, and meetings to maximise sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally.
- Utilise strong communication skills to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Drive sales growth by actively seeking new business opportunities through networking and outreach programmes.
- Ensure timely management of administrative tasks related to sales processes, including documentation and reporting.
Experience- Proven experience in sales, preferably within B2B environments or similar sectors.
- Demonstrable negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Strong driving ability is desirable for client visits and outreach activities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and other organisational applications.
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Organisational skills necessary for maintaining accurate records and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
