Job Description:
Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations with a focus on quality and service excellence
Coordinate and execute multiple functions and large events seamlessly
Manage event planning from enquiry through to delivery
Lead, roster, manage and train staff across both restaurant and event operations
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve event success
Maintain venue presentation, compliance, and safety standards
About You
Minimum
3+ years' experience
in hospitality management
Proven ability to manage large scale events
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and people management abilities
A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
Availability to work weekends and evenings
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is required
