Motel Manager (Live-In Role)

Are you experienced Motel Manager/s with great personal presentation and exceptional people skills? Can you start immediately?We are looking for a Full time Motel Manager, starting immeditely. This role is for long term.Located in beautiful Coffs Coast area of NSW, this motel is very easily operated.What you will receive from us?

This role would be ideally suited to a couple or a single with experience in a similar role. The successful applicants will be all-rounders with with a "hands-on" approach to management.They will show a commitment to excellent customer service, building and retaining relationships with suppliers, employees and guests.The successful applicants will be required to live on site in a comfortable 2 bedroom residence with specific terms of employment.What do we need from you?

• Previous Motel management or hospitality experience.
• Exceptional customer service, sales and communication skills.
• Stay Onsite.
• Ability to lead a small dedicated housekeeping crew.
• Marketing skills that will enable property to be actively promoted across various industry websites.
• General operations, administration and office skills sound understanding of channel Manager platform and booking systems.
• No meals involved
• Capacity to undertake general maintenance tasks to ensure the property is well presented
