• To provide full operational support to the Oracle TMS(Transport Management Systems) modules Proper understanding of the customizations made in the business functionalities.
• Help the team to understand various business flows in alignment with the customer specific processes Prepare new support related documents and maintain & upgrade the existing ones.
• Discuss with business users for new requirements and prepare Functional & Technical Specification Documents.
