🔬 What You’ll Do:

• Lead development & optimization of advanced photolithography processes
• Collaborate across teams to turn photonic designs into manufacturable prototypes
• Ensure top-notch process control and yield for next-gen devices
• Mentor and guide engineering teams toward innovation

🎯 What You Bring:

• Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 12+ years in photolithography, ideally in compound semiconductors or photonics
• Strong knowledge of masks, resists, steppers, aligners, and spin coaters
• Analytical powerhouse with expertise in SEM, AFM, profilometry, and process control
