We are looking for a Hospo Superstar to jump right in to replace our restaurant manager. The job is very hands on and
requires you to be able to work alone and also manage the roster, duties, staff, cleanliness, phones, bookings, emails, some marketing...We are open from Wednesday-Sunday, so you must be available during those days.
Hours are fairly flexible, and we can give great shifts to the right candidate. The current manager's hours are: Wed/Thurs/Fri 10.30am-8pm, Sat 4pm-10pm, & Sun 8.30am-4pm.
