Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a Hospo Superstar to jump right in to replace our restaurant manager. The job is very hands on and requires you to be able to work alone and also manage the roster, duties, staff, cleanliness, phones, bookings, emails, some marketing...We are open from Wednesday-Sunday, so you must be available during those days. Hours are fairly flexible, and we can give great shifts to the right candidate. The current manager's hours are: Wed/Thurs/Fri 10.30am-8pm, Sat 4pm-10pm, & Sun 8.30am-4pm.The perks are many - friendly team, free food and drinks, helpful owners, great relaxed customers, a great variety of work, a beautiful space to work, a nice view where you can take breaks, among many other things...During quiet periods, you must be able to handle everything behind the bar, while serving customers and fulfilling management duties.During busy periods, you must be able to work with the team to achieve smooth, fast, and friendly service.Job Type: Full-timePay: $27.00 – $32.00 per hourExpected hours: 35 – 40 per weekBenefits:

Experience:

• Hospitality: 2 years (Required)
