Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager Location: Auckland
Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of stock, dispatch, and logistics. This role suits someone who is organised, detail-focused, and comfortable leading a small team while maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Plan and control inventory levels to minimise stock loss, damage, and delays
• Supervise and support warehouse staff, including rostering and performance monitoring
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate stock records using inventory or ERP systems
• Improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role
• Strong understanding of inventory control and logistics processes
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
• Good computer skills (inventory systems, Excel, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Forklift licence preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of NZ health & safety standards
