The RoleAs our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, increasing sales, building corporate partnerships, and strengthening our market presence.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies
- Identify new revenue streams (corporate catering, events, partnerships, delivery platforms, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and local businesses
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive customer acquisition
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
- Represent the restaurant at networking events and industry functions
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or hospitality growth management
- Strong understanding of the UK hospitality market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and strategically
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
