Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver hands-on care in four Level-III NICUs across the Las Vegas suburbs
  • Manage care for approximately 1,700 NICU admissions and over 10,000 births annually
  • Provide advanced neonatal interventions, including high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, and total body cooling for HIE
  • Participate in the neonatal transport program and coordinate emergency stabilization and care
  • Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists to ensure comprehensive care
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement, mentorship, and ongoing professional development
  • Support families through the NICU journey in a compassionate, communicative manner

Schedule and Shift Details
  • Rotate through multiple sites and shifts, contributing to 24/7 neonatal care coverage.

Must Have These

 Board Certified in Neonatal Nurse Practitioner – NNP-BC– REQUIRED

license to practice in the state (or willingness to obtain) – REQUIRED

Clean Malpractice/License History – HIGHLY PREFERRED
