Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. This role offers an opportunity to lead diverse construction initiatives, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the successful realisation of complex infrastructure projects. • Assist civil engineers, architects, and project managers in planning, designing, and supervising construction projects
• Prepare technical drawings, diagrams, models, and specifications using CAD or BIM software
• Conduct site surveys, soil testing, and environmental assessments under supervision
• Monitor and inspect construction works to ensure compliance with design specifications, regulations, and safety standards
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, risk assessments, and material take-offs
• Maintain project documentation and technical records
• Support in setting out, levelling, and surveying construction sites
• Liaise with contractors and help solve on-site technical issues

Skills

• Proven experience in construction project management with a strong understanding of civil engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling and project planning.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D for civil design tasks.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead teams efficiently while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues that may arise during construction phases. Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per yearBenefits:
