Waiter / Waitress – Caldesi in Campagna, BrayInspired by our founder, chef and restaurateur Giancarlo Caldesi, Caldesi in Campagna is a long-established, family-run Italian restaurant in the beautiful village of Bray.We are known for seasonal Italian cooking, excellent wines, and warm, genuine hospitality in a relaxed countryside setting.We are looking for experienced Waiters / Waitresses who take pride in great service and enjoy creating memorable dining experiences in a busy but well-organised restaurant.The Role

• Deliver attentive, professional table service
• Develop strong food and wine knowledge (training provided)
• Communicate clearly with both front and back of house teams
• Take ownership of your section and ensure every guest has a great experience

We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant
• A confident, positive and professional attitude
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• A genuine interest in food, wine and Italian hospitality
• Right to work in the UK
• Fluent English (Italian a bonus but not essential)
