What You’ll Do
- Serve as the trusted advisor for enterprise customers, ensuring adoption and long-term success.
- Translate complex technical challenges into actionable solutions using the company’s AI platform.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to resolve technical issues quickly.
- Provide expert guidance on data integrations, APIs, monitoring, and pipeline management.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap and strategy.
- Drive customer satisfaction and expansion through strong technical and relationship skills.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Implementation, or similar).
- Strong technical foundation — SQL, Python, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to customers.
- Hands-on problem solver who thrives in a startup environment.
- Bonus: experience with AI/ML or Trust & Safety systems.

- Location: On-site in San Francisco (local Bay Area candidates only).
- Salary: $130k – $210k + equity (0.50% – 1.00%).
- Visa: TN sponsorship available, H1B not offered.
