Breakfast Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that our patrons have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting guests with any inquiries or needs they may have.The Breakfast server role will be 7:15am to 10:15am, 5 days per week. Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards.
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed to support the culinary team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to resolve issues effectively.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of meals.
• Manage time efficiently to balance multiple tables and ensure all guests receive prompt attention.

Skills

• Strong understanding of food safety practices within a restaurant environment.
• Experience in guest services or hospitality is highly desirable.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting kitchen staff as needed.
• A passion for culinary arts and providing exceptional dining experiences is an advantage.
