Diploma Qualified Lead Educator

We can also offer employment to Visa holders and also sponsor some Visa's with minimum of 1 year working experience.As the Approved Providers and Managers of the service, we work directly with the educators and children to promote team ethics and to provide support to educators, promoting best practice.We are a private centre licensed for 114 children per day and our environment can be fast paced at times as we provide care to more than 300 children from our local community.We offer discounted childcare fees and paid professional development opportunities and strive on working together as a team.The succesful candidate must have knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, and experience with programming, planning and implementation of experiences, leading, guiding and coaching team members in best practice.Our service has a variety of additional need children and families and experience with inclusion would be beneficial, but not essential.The position is for 38 hours a week and shift times can be set and we can also offer some flexibility for work life balance, although on occasions there is a requirement to alter these, so we can all work together and play our part by rotaing our close shift to share this around between staff.The successful candidate must hold a Diploma in Early Education and Care or be working towards this qualification, DCSI clearance, RAN certification and First Aid with Asthma and Anaphylaxis.Experience and confidence with leadership of a team is essential.Job Type: Full-timePay: $37.50 per hourExpected hours: 38 per weekBenefits:
