Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual sales targets and maintain 100% customer satisfaction.
• Implement store strategy programs, promotions, and events.
• Ensure stock management, cleanliness of displays, and effective use of testers.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, turning them into opportunities.
• Maintain accurate daily sales analysis.
• Adhere to hygiene practices and break guidelines.
• Build positive relationships with team members.
• Manage cash registers and sales records during opening and closing shifts.
• Attend required training and stay updated on product knowledge.
• Maintain punctuality and flexibility with shifts.
