What You'll Do In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an impeccable service experience for our Model S, Model X, Model 3 and Model Y customers and beyond. As a Tesla Vehicle Technician, you will receive first-class training and development to deliver on Tesla's exceptional Service standards. You will be a creative problem solver who is open to new ideas and new approaches, with an instinctive desire accomplish goals. Possessing strong technical acumen, you will develop a strong knowledge of all Tesla products, as well as service systems, processes and procedures to fulfil Tesla's mission.

If our Technicians don't operate effectively, neither will our Service Centre operations.
What You'll Bring - Qualified/Certified Motor Mechanic or Registered Vehicle Technician.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a motor mechanic or technician (Hybrid or EV experience highly regarded, though not essential).
- Knowledge of service methods, techniques, parts and tools used in the service and repair of vehicles. Including testing, diagnosis, HVAC service, hydraulic, brakes, testing and repair of electronic systems and modules.
- Knowledge of diagnostic scan tools, following diagnostics and operating scopes.
- Strong level of English verbal communication.
- Interest and passion in the Tesla brand and business objectives.
Tesla is an approved TSS/482 Visa Sponsor (Australian work visa). We also welcome well-qualified technicians from overseas who are not on or eligible for the working holiday visa. However, onshore candidates, including those on working holiday visa, who are immediately available will still be given priority.
