If you're looking to work in a centre that values collaboration, professional growth and making a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs our Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality kindergarten program while supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.Working alongside our Centre Director and Educational Leader, you will create engaging learning experiences and help foster a positive, inclusive culture for children, families and educators.Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality, play-based kindergarten program aligned with the VEYLDF and National Quality Framework.
• Plan and implement engaging educational experiences that support children's learning and development.
• Observe, assess and document children's progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community.
• Collaborate with educators to create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement and service excellence

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) OR GD
• Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong knowledge of the VEYLDF, National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for inspiring young children
