• Conduct thorough whole-house and PAS 2035-compliant retrofit surveys, analysing building fabric, heating, insulation, ventilation, and renewables—building the foundation for energy-efficient upgrades.
• Generate Pre-Energy Performance Reports
• Collaborate with Retrofit Coordinators and design teams to develop improvement strategies
• Engage homeowners and stakeholders help them understand, trust, and adopt retrofit measures
• Use software tools (e.g., Core Logic, ECMK) to compile compliant reports and maintain accurate records

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Retrofit Assessor (PAS 2035, Level 3+ or equivalent) with 1 year experience
• Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) with 2 years experience
• Technically sharp, computer-literate, and able to handle data collection and report writing
• Able to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
• Full UK driving licence
• Familiarity with retrofit tools and software (e.g., ECMK, Core Logic systems) is a bonus
