Bilingual Operation Assistant (Mandarin)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the manager's calendar, including meeting requests and incoming correspondence.
• Prepare the manager for all meetings and appointments by ensuring they have the appropriate materials and information.
• Communicate on behalf of the manager with B2B clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate events, conferences, and special projects.
• Maintain accurate client pipelines and files.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
• Preferred experience in banking or loan operations, with an understanding of lending procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with a polished, positive attitude and a strong team player mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
• Proficient in general computer skills and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be bilingual in Mandarin; proficiency in Cantonese or Korean is a plus.
