Trade Waiter

Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include

· Prepare and set tables to ensure a welcoming and organised dining environment

· Greet guests warmly, present menus and beverage lists, and provide recommendations as needed

· Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff

· Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction

· Open and serve wine and other beverages by service standards

· Clear tables, return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area

· Remove empty bottles and used glassware from tables; refill or replace as needed

· Process customer payments using POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately

· Provide wine pairing recommendations and assist guests in making informed choices
