Incident Management Specialist

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension). Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate! Experience: 8-10 years. Hybrid: 2/3 days in the office
Your Profile & DNA: We are seeking a highly skilled Incident Management Specialist with expertise in IT infrastructure operations, including 1st, 2nd and 3rd lines of support to join our dynamic team.
Qualification & Experience

• Manage all aspects of IT infrastructure operations, including 1st, 2nd and 3rd lines of support.
• Incident coordination, communication for P1P2 incidents outages
• Achieve and keep operational KPIs
• Coordinate between IT infrastructure team and related departments contractors in Problem and Incident management, optimize processes
• Conduct Postmortem, involving all concerned Technical and Process teams.
• Conclude RCA and Improvement Actions.
