• Support the client to work on his daily activities
• Supporting Clients to achieve their physical or cognitive rehabilitation goals
• Companionship & emotional support
• Supporting service users to accessing community and maintaining their social life
• Support Service Users to maintain their relationships and connections with the local community
• Work in cooperation with members of the multi-disciplinary teams to maximise opportunities for Service Users

• Brain Injury and Neurological Condition: 1 year (required)
• Physical rehabilitation: 1 year (required)
• Cognitive rehabilitation: 1 year (required)
