Your Responsibilities and ImpactAs a B2B Microsoft Account Manager, you will:

• Support business clients by responding to questions about products and services via phone and email
• Provide effective solutions for issues and challenges
• Optimize clients’ technical tools and equipment
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Communicate with decision-makers at management level
• Share insights on Microsoft’s competitive advantages and market knowledge
• Assist clients with account-related questions and processes

Skills, Qualifications and InterestsNo specific study background is required—training will be provided. What matters most are your soft skills and motivation.

• Fluency in French with good command of English
• Strong business acumen and sales-driven mindset
• Negotiation skills (or willingness to develop them)
• Technical curiosity and interest

What’s in It for You? Contract & Working Conditions

• Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday (9 AM – 6 PM)

Salary Package (based on experience)

• With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1,040€ gross/month
• Without accommodation: 1,240€ gross/month
