• Clinical practice is monitored using resident-specific care plans.
• Carrying out internal audits and monitoring their outcomes.
• Employee onboarding, as well as continuing education and training.
• Ensuring that the company's and HIQA's standards, processes, and guidelines are followed.
• Upkeep of administrative processes when the administrator is not present.
• Holding frequent sessions for communication with every member of the clinical staff.
• Build strong relationships with outside community organisations to invite the neighbourhood into the home and make it easier for residents to attend events and activities there.

Requirements

• Qualified RGN who has provided care for an elderly person for at least three of the previous six years.
• A post-registration management degree in medicine or a similar discipline.
• Three years or more of management experience in the health and social care sector.
• Registered in the relevant NMBI live registration section.
• Demonstrated success in clinical management in healthcare.
• Outstanding organisational, communication, and leadership abilities.
