Accounting Advisory Consultant About the OpportunityA leading national professional services firm is seeking an experienced auditor with a Big 4 background ready to make the move into accounting advisory consulting.This is an opportunity to move beyond the recurring audit cycle and work directly alongside senior finance leadership at large and mid-sized companies on complex, high-impact projects. Every engagement is different — broad exposure across industries with no two projects the same. ResponsibilitiesTeam members work alongside client finance leadership on a variety of projects including:

• Preparing organizations for capital markets transactions or regulatory reporting requirements
• Supporting accounting considerations during acquisitions, divestitures, or reorganizations
• Improving financial reporting processes and controls
• Advising on technical accounting topics and complex accounting treatments
• Assisting finance teams with special initiatives and high-priority projects

Who We're Looking For

• Big 4 background required — PwC, EY, Deloitte, or KPMG
• 3-6 years total experience, external audit as core background
• 3+ busy seasons completed
• Audited Fortune 1000, public companies (SEC registrants), or large PE-backed organizations
• Senior Associate, Audit Senior, Assurance Senior, or early Manager level
• Strong US GAAP and financial statement audit background
• SOX/ICFR exposure preferred but not required
• US citizen, green card, or certain visa types welcome (E-3, H-1B1, H-1B transfers, TN)

This role is not the right fit if your background is primarily in internal audit, FP&A, tax, ERP implementation, or industry-only accounting roles. Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000 - $120,000 base salary
• 30% guaranteed bonus paid monthly for first 2 years
• $130,000 - $156,000 all-in compensation
• Additional bonus for travel and extra hours
• Relocation assistance available
