Automation Test Lead

Your Profile & DNA:We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Lead with expertise in testing methodologies and test lifecycle management to join our dynamic team.
Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Relevant 8+ years experience.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and test lifecycle management.
• Extensive experience in BAT (and SIT) phases of testing.
• Proven track record of managing testing efforts for multiple parallel initiatives.
• Strong skills in stakeholder alignment, coordination, and communication.
• Expertise in test preparation, execution, and defect management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of test management tools and methodologies.
• Background in Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Familiarity with defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Experience working in large-scale, complex programs.
