Job Description Summary: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and self-motivated Order Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming orders from major retailers such as Walmart, Target, and others. You will play a key role in overseeing accurate, end-to-end order processing with a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
This position also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage retailer deductions, including investigating root causes and working with internal stakeholders to improve recovery rates and prevent recurring issues. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process and manage incoming orders from key retailers
  • Monitor order status, identify delays or discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery
  • Review and investigate retailer deductions, identify root causes, and support the recovery process
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse) to improve all processes and minimize recurring issues
  • Analyze order and deduction trends to support process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data entry in SAP and other internal systems
  • Support ad-hoc projects, reporting, and other operational tasks as needed
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines consistently

Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in order management, deductions, logistics, or related operations role
  • Familiarity with major retailers like Walmart, Target, and understanding of retailer compliance requirements is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic data analysis)
  • Experience with or willingness to learn SAP
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify patterns or root causes
  • Self-starter who can manage time independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous learning
  • Team player with a professional, collaborative, and positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
