Landscape Laborer

Begin date: 2/20/2026 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 10 Job Duties: TNT Lawn Services LLC located in St Charles MO is in need of 10 Landscape Laborers (10) Multiple sites in St Charles MO. Duties include Cleanups, mowing of lawns, trimming of shrubs, weeding, mulching, spreading of topsoil. tree & shrub plantings, irrigation work. Operating of ride on mowers, weedwackers, shrub trimmers, blowers. 02/20/26-12/01/26. No experience necessary. Monday-Friday. 8am-5pm 40 hours/week. May get up to 10 hours per week overtime when available. Employer will transport workers to & from each job location. Temporary full-time employment. A single workweek will be used to compute wages. Workers will be paid weekly, on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. Basic wage rate range of $19.80 - 22.00 per hour and an overtime rate range of $29.70-$33.00 based on performance. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. The worker will be provided with or reimbursed for transportation and subsistence (including reasonable cost of overnight lodging where necessary) at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the job order, consistent with 20 CFR 655.20(j)(1)(i) by inclusion in the paycheck for the applicable week. Employer will provide or pay for the worker's cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer, if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period, consistent with § 655.20(j)(1)(ii); Employer will provide daily transportation to and from the worksite(s) from Employer's office. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visas, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). The employer will provide workers all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no charge to the worker, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k).
