Minara Resources has an opportunity for a Human Resources Analyst to join our established and dedicated team.
Minara Resources is Australia’s largest cobalt producer and a major world producer of nickel. Our Murrin Murrin site in WA’s northern Goldfields is an integrated nickel and cobalt mining and processing operation employing over 1,000 people. The Role This role is a member of a small skilled, supportive and hardworking team who are responsible for providing advice, support and coaching to our leaders and employees in order to optimise employee performance and the employment experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the decision-making process regarding organisational strategy or management projects within the company; Ensuring the completion of studies and organisational diagnoses, as well as support for the formalisation of processes and procedures; Supporting the implementation of the change on the organisational and managerial aspects of human resources; Developing tools, steering and communication supports to enable management to better understand the world of Human Resources and therefore the management of their Human Capital
About You This role would suit an agile HR practitioner, with a keen eye for analytics and detail, who has an appetite to make an impact within the existing business function.
You will also have:
- Experience in similar role, preferably in an onsite mining or construction environment; Bachelor’s degree Master’s in Human Resources, Finance or Computer Systems Management Have a good knowledge of Human Resources Management Software Ability to analyse and formalise the needs of a department with regard to a situation, a problem or a context, in connection with the objectives of the company; Willingness to knowledge in a dynamic team learning and continuous improvement process; Capacity to anticipate and accompany organisational changes; Demonstrated ability to plan, monitor, control and coordinate training activities.
