  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to diagnose issues and determine their needs.
  • Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans to restore, maintain, and improve physical function and mobility.
  • Implement physical therapy interventions and monitor patient progress, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises, equipment use, and strategies to promote independence and long-term health.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.

Requirements
  • Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice or provide proof of license eligibility.
  • Must meet one of the following educational and experience criteria:
  • A Master's degree in Physical Therapy; OR
  • A Master's degree in a Physical Therapy-related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; OR
  • A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy combined with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience.
  • Qualifying Physical Therapy degrees obtained outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be equivalent to a U.S. degree in Physical Therapy.
