Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and delivering innovative interior spaces that meet client specifications and aesthetic standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial interiors, utilising cutting-edge design software and techniques. The ideal applicant will possess a keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and a passion for transforming spaces into functional and visually appealing environments. Duties
  • Develop comprehensive interior design concepts aligned with client needs and project objectives.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and visualisations using SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design specifications are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Source materials, furnishings, colour schemes, and finishes that complement the overall design vision.
  • Oversee the installation process on-site to ensure designs are executed accurately and to a high standard.
  • Utilise 3D modelling software such as 3ds and Rhinoceros 3D for realistic visualisations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and innovative design solutions.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and proposals to secure new projects.

Experience
  • Proven experience in interior design or a related field is essential.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds , Rhinoceros 3D, and CAD software is required.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles within the context of interior design projects.
  • Familiarity with construction processes and building codes relevant to interior work.
  • Experience coordinating with contractors and overseeing on-site installations is desirable.
  • A portfolio demonstrating creative talent, technical skills, and successful project delivery is highly valued. This role offers an engaging environment for passionate interior designers eager to bring innovative ideas to life while working on diverse projects across the industry.
