Job Description:
Project Manager or Senior Project Manager Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. (yes, the other side of the world) Waterproofing, Remedial works, Commercial Build, Epoxy flooring, Coatings and Concrete repair projects. Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take ownership of remedial and waterproofing projects? For the right candidate, we can help with visa sponsorship. Our client is a well-established specialist contractor delivering commercial and infrastructure projects across Brisbane and Queensland. This is a hands-on, Project Manager role with full responsibility for project delivery, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships — with a clear focus on career growth and autonomy. The RoleYou will manage projects from planning through to completion, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-budget outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead remedial, waterproofing, and concrete repair projects across commercial and infrastructure sites
  • Manage subcontractors, site teams, and day-to-day project delivery
  • Control budgets, variations, claims, and program schedules
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Oversee tender handovers and project planning
  • Ensure WHSEQ compliance and quality standards are met

Project sizes: $200k – $5M+, including commercial buildings, tunnels, bridges, and marine projects About You
  • 5+ years’ experience managing multiple projects in the construction industry
  • Previous experience in remedial, waterproofing, concrete repair or related infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, budgets, and subcontractor management
  • Comfortable leading teams and working independently
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and Australian working rights ( we can help with these!)
  • Experience with project management software is a plus.
