Job Description:
Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist who loves helping people achieve meaningful goals and improve their everyday lives? We are seeking for experienced occupational therapists to work with our clients in Queensland.  For qualified international applicants, our clients are ready to offer SID 482 visa sponsorship to relocate to Australia. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive functional and standardized assessments to identify client strengths, needs and goals.
  • Develop individualized, client-centered therapy plans tailored to support meaningful outcomes.
  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to enhance functional performance and well-being.
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, schools, support coordinators and other key stakeholders to ensure holistic care.
  • Empower clients to improve independence, participation and overall quality of life across daily activities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, progress notes, and professional reports.
  • Work effectively within a multidisciplinary allied health team to provide coordinated and integrated services.
  • Monitor client progress, evaluate outcomes and adapt intervention strategies to achieve optimal results.
  • Provide education, guidance and support to clients and their support networks to promote sustainable outcomes.
  • Advocate for client needs and facilitate access to appropriate resources, services and community participation opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Minimum of three years of clinical experience in occupational therapy or related field.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
  • Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, families and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered services and achieving positive client outcomes.
  • Must meet all Australian Subclass 482 visa criteria, including the required English language proficiency
