Position Highlights
Inscale is looking for a Java Team Lead to join our Lisbon office in a hybrid work model (3 days in-office). Become a part of JYSK, one of the world’s largest retail chains! As a Java Team Leader, you will participate in projects to ensure alignment with the current Java solutions and to ensure the planning of activities within the team. You will also take on the overall responsibility of the applications and that they are developed within the set guidelines and architecture. You will be working with newer technology, frameworks, and platforms including: Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes / Docker, JDK 17

Responsibilities
- You will lead a team working with the heart of our backend that generates billions in revenue
- You will develop the JYSK architecture in close cooperation with other team leaders, architects, and stakeholders
- You will develop your leadership skills
- You will be leading the people working on the most prioritized project in the JYSK portfolio
Qualifications
Must Have Skills:- 8+ years of experience in software development with Java
- Experience leading development teams
- 5+ years working with Spring Boot
- Experience with SQL
Nice to Have Skills:- Experience with Cloud Native engineering
- Experience with Kafka
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Soft Skills Requirements:- Proactively solution-oriented (Nothing is lost in the cracks)

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, engineering or related discipline OR relevant years of experience in required skills.
Traveling
Travelling to Brabrand, Denmark based on project requirement or the Manager. Expect around 2 days every 3 months for PI planning.
Remarks
Hybrid work model:- 3 times a week work from Lisbon office (Avenida da Liberdade, Nr. 36, 7th floor, Lisbon)
