Job Title: AI Engineer / Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Visa - H1B ,(only)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer / Lead with strong expertise in Amazon Bedrock and generative AI technologies. This individual will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML applications using AWS-native services with a strong focus on foundation models, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end development of GenAI applications using Amazon Bedrock and supported foundation models (e.g., Claude, Titan, Mistral).
Design, engineer, and optimize prompts and fine-tune models for business-specific use cases.
Integrate AI models into enterprise systems using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, and SageMaker.
Ensure scalability, performance tuning, and reliability of AI applications in production.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to align solutions with business needs.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions on GenAI implementation.
Provide post-deployment support and drive continuous improvements.
Core Skills Required:
Amazon Bedrock hands-on experience with multiple foundation models (Claude, Titan, Mistral, etc.)
Prompt Engineering ability to design, test, and refine prompts for large language models.
Model Fine-Tuning customizing models for enterprise applications.
Python Programming strong proficiency in Python for ML development.
AWS Services practical experience with:
Lambda
API Gateway
S3
IAM
SageMaker
GenAI Application Development proven experience building production-grade GenAI solutions.
AI/ML Project Leadership demonstrated ability to lead AI teams and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, Solutions Architect)
Familiarity with MLOps practices in cloud or hybrid environments.
Experience delivering GenAI use cases in healthcare, finance, or retail domains.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
