We are seeking a motivated person with at least one year of experience in a Quality Assurance or a similar role.
What Jobs Involves· Responsible for developing, managing and improving the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), including reviewing processes, implementing quality procedures and supporting continuous improvement across the business operations.· Conduct scheduled and unannounced quality audits across operational sites, identifying risks, recommending corrective actions and driving continuous improvement initiatives.· Develop quality objectives and improvement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and promote the efficient use of company resources.· Monitor compliance with quality standards, company policies and relevant regulatory requirements across business operations.· Monitors quality KPIs, reviews quality performance, and develops and updates quality policies and procedures to support continuous improvement and maintain high standards across the business.· Develop, maintain and update quality procedures, operating manuals and related documentation to support consistent service delivery.· Liaise with clients to monitor service quality, respond to feedback and implement improvements where required.· Implement quality tools, performance measures and reporting processes to monitor and improve service quality.· Prepare quality reports and training outcome and provide recommendations to the state directors and CEO .· Coordinate employee inductions and deliver quality training and coaching to ensure compliance with company standards.· Identify quality risks and improvement opportunities, recommending corrective actions to strengthen operational performance.· Support the management of contractual and regulatory compliance systems, ensuring ongoing adherence to company and legal requirements.
Qualifications and Skills: · Experience in quality assurance or a similar role.· Competent in using Microsoft Office for reporting, data analysis, documentation processes.· Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.· Professional written communication skills.· Ability to work collaboratively within a team while showing initiative independently.· Monday to Friday availability, with occasional weekend site audits as required.
