Pavement Supervisor - Australia

About the Company ConsultANZ is hiring a  Pavement Supervisor  for a major civil construction company working on a largest infrastructure project in Queensland. The role is to lead pavement and surfacing works across regional areas.Main Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day pavement and surfacing activities (asphalt, chip seal, and road construction).
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with engineering standards.
• Coordinate workforce planning and scheduling.
• Report progress, issues, and outcomes to project managers.

Requirements

• Trade qualification or degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in pavement or road construction.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt and chip seal operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage site activities.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to live and work in regional areas.
