Overview
Administration, maintenance, and optimization of the security configuration in Workday, the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Security roles, groups, and access controls/ issues
Security policies, procedures, configuration, documentation and guidelines
Support internal and external SOX audits by providing documentation and ensuring compliance with access and change management regulations.
Report writing and dashboard building, troubleshooting data access and system issues, recommending solutions, and implementing enhancements and fixes. - Program management assistance on various HR initiatives/ programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree + 5+ years of experience in HR/ HRIS or related
3+ years of Workday in HCM, Benefits, Security, Absence, Time Tracking, and Reporting.
Experience handling confidential information REQUIRED
3-5 years implementing and configuring security for Workday HCM including business processes security and integration security groups.
2+ years of statistical or data analysis experience designing custom reports and dashboards - Report Writer, calculated fields, MS Office/advanced Excel skills.
Authentication Policies, SSO configuration, and MFA REQUIRED
Strong security experience in role-based, user-based access and creating custom security domains - deep role configuration and access management
Workday EIB template generation, population, and data loads using advanced-level Excel skills.
