Role: SecDevOps Engineer
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Type: W2 Contract Open to Consider H1B Transfer. Must be Senior Resource and should have worked in enterprise environment.
Must Have: Scripting, Splunk (Vulnerability Scanning), EDR, Containerization, Linux Requirement: - Overall 6-10 years of experience in Security Administration & SecDevOps.
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems.
- Intimate knowledge of Cloud security best practices (Public/Private Cloud).
- Knowledge and experience with containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with an innovative, can-do attitude.
- Demonstrates the ability to analyze and resolve issues independently.
- Knowledge of project management tasks and application documentation.
- Scripting experience in Python, Shell, or Go.
- Expertise in SecDevOps, configuration management (Salt, Git, Ansible), automation, and orchestration.
- Experience working in a highly dynamic, large-scale enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of security vendors and security product capabilities.
- Administering/Maintaining tools like DLP, Vulnerability Scanning, Splunk, Data Activity Monitoring, and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools.
