We have part time & full time roles available.What we're looking for:- 3+ years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant or production kitchen
- Certificate III in Patisserie (or equivalent)
- Viennoiserie experience highly regarded
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work across days, nights and weekends
- A genuine passion for quality ingredients and creative execution
- Strong technical pastry skills and sharp attention to detail
- Demi Chef to Sous Chef roles available
