We’re looking for a skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our team. You’ll be providing nursing care to assigned patients. You’ll work with nursing leadership to identify gaps, improve systems, and ensure patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to assigned patients in accordance with clinical standards
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and track patient outcomes
  • Administer medications and therapies as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety
  • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in the electronic health record system
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
  • Contribute to quality improvement efforts, participate in audits, and engage in team meetings
  • Foster a culture of safety, compassion, and professional accountability across the care environment

What We’re Looking For
  • Ability to relocate and travel to the new location
  • Active and unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact license preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or acute care
  • Willingness and ability to relocate
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently in dynamic healthcare environments
