As we continue to thrive, we’re looking for a passionate Retail Manager who can inspire their team, drive performance, and uphold the strong brand standards we’re known for About the Role This hands-on leadership position is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the store, including team development, visual merchandising, sales performance, and customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities: · Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store. · Decide on the range of products offered, appropriate stock quantities, and required service quality. · Develop and apply purchasing and marketing strategies. · Market, promote, and advertise the store’s products and services. · Serve customers by selling products and providing guidance on their use. · Keep accurate records of inventory levels and financial transactions. · Prepare and manage the store’s budget. · Handle the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff. · Ensure the workplace meets all occupational health and safety requirements. Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a supervisory or management role within retail.
  • At least a Diploma In Hospitality Management is required and higher level qualifications are desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and guide a team.
  • A genuine passion for retail, customer service, and achieving results.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with stock control, inventory systems, and POS platforms.
  • A strong commercial mindset with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining store standards.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods as required.
