Café Manager & Café Allrounder (Couple Role) – FJ Holden Café (Hughenden, QLD)We are seeking a motivated and reliable team — ideally a couple — to manage and operate the renowned FJ Holden Café in Hughenden.This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals who can deliver quality food, great coffee, excellent customer service, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations in a well-known regional café. Position Structure:

• Full-Time Café Manager – responsible for overall café operations
• Casual Café Allrounder – approx. 24 hours/week during quieter periods, up to 40 hours/week during busy periods

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café operations (Manager role)
• Prepare and serve quality café-style meals
• Make consistently good coffee (barista duties)
• Assist with front-of-house and customer service
• Manage staff, rosters, and workflow
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
• Stock control and ordering

Requirements:

• Strong cooking skills (pub/café style menu)
• Barista experience (essential)
• Experience in hospitality (management experience for Manager role)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented approach
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
