Family Physician

Family Medicine Physician Our client is seeking a Full-Time Family Medicine Physician to join their team, providing exceptional care in an ambulatory setting. This new position has been created due to growth and increasing demand. Position Details:

• Base Salary: $235K + 20% incentive bonus (80% productivity, 10% quality, 10% customer service metrics)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours. No weekends. Candidates interested in a 4-day work week will be considered.
• Work Hours: 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours per week. Administrative hours can be completed from home.
• Supervision: Must be comfortable supervising Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Physician Assistants (PA).
• Interview Process: Typically involves a 3-step process (2 phone/virtual interviews + 1 on-site visit).
• Relocation Assistance: Available, approximately $10-15K.
• Call Schedule: Shared call in a 1/5 or 1/7 shift ratio.
• Credentialing: 90 days, temporary licenses not accepted.
• Education Assistance: Eligible for $100K in Education Assistance ($20K per year for 5 years).

Qualifications:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Valid PA Medical License or ability to obtain one
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
