Key Responsibilities As a Tour Guide, you will: • Lead small and large group tours across various locations in New Zealand. • Deliver engaging and informative commentary about the history, geology, flora, fauna, and cultural significance of the tour sites. • Ensure the safety and comfort of all guests throughout their journey. • Handle logistical arrangements, including transportation coordination and timely arrivals at destinations. • Adapt tours to accommodate the interests and needs of diverse groups. • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise during tours. Qualifications and Skills We are looking for candidates who possess the following: • A genuine passion for tourism and New Zealand’s unique heritage. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills. • Ability to interact professionally and warmly with individuals from diverse backgrounds. • Fluency in English; AND Hindi as the client base is from the subcontinent • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • A valid New Zealand driver’s license (Class 1) and a clean driving record. • First aid certification is highly desirable. • Knowledge of Māori culture and language is an advantage.
