Job Description:

We are looking for Registered Nurses (RN) interested in Long-term contracts (2 years) in the USA.We are currently focused on candidates that are currently working in OR, ER, ICU, NICU or Med/ Surg and have 2 years+ experience in these areas. The ideal candidate will be ready to embrace the challenges and rewards of working in a new location. Relocation and Visa assistance will be provided, as well as a Greencard sponsorship if desired.NOTE: YOU MUST ANSWER ALL SCREENING QUESTIONS TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review nursing care plans that are individualized to each client.
  • Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of multidisciplinary care plans to meet the individualized needs of clients.
  • Provide care while ensuring that, on an ongoing basis, the emotional, physical comfort, and safety of clients are met to the greatest possible extent; care must be within the scope of practice of the relevant discipline.


Education and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in ICU, ER, OR, NICU or Med/ Surg units
  • Bachelors Degree (RN) and proof of good standing with the College of Nurses.
  • A valid NCLEX (The National Council Licensure Examination – Registered Nurses; NCLEX-RN) license
  • Willingness to relocate long-term to the USA for a period of at least 24 months, with the option of becoming a full time permanent position
  • Recent Canadian nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of clinical and non-clinical field employees and interpret company policies; strong track record in health teaching.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations in an objective consistent format.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to perform and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize care and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel (valid passport) internationally to the USA


Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 24 monthsPay: $47.00-$65.00 per hourAdditional pay:

  • Overtime pay
