Project Coordinator
Your new company
A well-established energy equipment business operating in the power generation sector is seeking an experienced Projects Operations Coordinator to support ongoing service and project delivery across diesel generators, hybrid power systems, and battery energy storage solutions.
This role acts as the central coordination point across service and technical teams, ensuring technicians, equipment and resources are effectively scheduled to support large scale and ongoing projects. The position is execution focused and critical to maintaining service performance, uptime, and project milestones.
Your new role
Coordinate daily and weekly allocation of technicians and field staff across service and project activities
Manage service and project schedules for generator, hybrid and battery systems
Liaise closely with supervisors and operational stakeholders to confirm priorities and capacity
Respond to breakdowns, urgent work, and site changes by adjusting schedules in real time.
Track utilisation, available capacity, and upcoming resourcing constraints
Maintain accurate records of scheduling decisions and operational changes
Support delivery of installation, commissioning, and maintenance milestones
What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience working within the power generation or energy equipment industry
Exposure to diesel generators, gas generators, hybrid systems or battery energy storage
Background in operations coordination, service coordination, or resource planning
Demonstrated experience scheduling field technicians or service teams
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with technicians and supervisors
Proficiency in Excel and ERP or scheduling systems
