• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and used in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist in the preparation of other menu items as required, including meal preparation and garnishing
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and work surfaces
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistent quality and presentation
• Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods
• Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to uphold hygiene standards
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and hygiene standards
• Strong skills in meal preparation and culinary techniques specific to pizza making
• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen setting with excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team under pressure
• Previous serving or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
• A passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail are highly valued qualities
