Title : Lead Oracle Database Developer Location: Alpharetta, GA (Face to face Interview) Duration: 12+ Months Experience: 9+ Years Industry: Financial Services Visa: H1B Transfer, & Citizen We are looking for an experienced Lead Oracle Database Developer with strong DBA expertise and leadership capabilities to design, develop, and manage high-performance Oracle database environments supporting critical financial applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle architecture, PL/SQL development, performance tuning, and high-availability solutions, along with experience leading technical database initiatives in the financial services domain. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Oracle database systems Collaborate with application developers, architects, and business stakeholders Develop and implement database tuning, optimization, and high-availability solutions Manage Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and other high-availability technologies Monitor database performance and troubleshoot production issues Ensure best practices in database architecture, coding, and documentation Lead database initiatives including project timelines, deliverables, and resource planning Recommend innovative database solutions based on emerging Oracle technologies Required Qualifications 9+ years of Oracle Database Development experience with strong DBA knowledge Experience working within the financial services industry Expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle architecture Strong knowledge of performance tuning, high availability, and disaster recovery Hands-on experience with Oracle RAC and Data Guard Proven leadership experience managing technical teams or initiatives Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or higher certification Experience with Oracle Cloud or cloud database migrations Knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or Perl Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements
